Hi!  It's been 10 years since I last ran the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon, so I need your help. Inspired by Chris Bertish, in order to get through a big event, you need to run for more than yourself, so I'm running to raise money for Cape of Good Hope SPCA, who do great work for the animals, a cause that's very close to my heart.
