Hello friends and family - I am excited to share that I’ve decided that this April I am checking a big item off my bucket list and I am running the 126th Boston Marathon. I will be running to raise money for The Joe Andruzzi Foundation. Team JAF does amazing work helping families all over New England who have been affected by cancer, they work to help ease the financial burden families face, so they can focus on fighting the disease and getting well. What sets the JAF apart from countless other amazing charitable organizations is how their Financial Assistance Program supports patients. The charity focuses on supporting cancer patients and their families by providing grants to assist with mortgage/rent, utilities, and other household expenses that do not just go on hold due to a diagnosis.

Cancer has affected everybody one way or another.  I will be running in memory of a dear friends, Fran Madore & Elenore Welch  (2 of the toughest woman I know!)  who we just recently lost to cancer.
