After completing their tandem journey from Vancouver to San Diego in 2016, John and Rona Miller cycled from London to Madrid in 2017 and this year are planning an adventure from Prague to Northern Norway raising funds for Thembalitsha Foundation which supports and uplifts vulnerable communities in the Western Cape of South Africa.

They cycle with Thembi Teddy, Thembalitsha's mascot.
