The Sanlam Cape Mile brought to you by Sanlam Investments is a one mile (1.6km) open water swimming race that takes place at the Grabouw Country Club’s Eikenhof Dam. The dark, pristine waters of the Eikenhof Dam provide the perfect setting for an event which appeals to the curious and competent.

Support MS and be part of the select MS swim team.

We are looking for 10 swimmers to take up the challenge.

Each swimmer must pledge to raise R1000 and in return will receive an entry to the event, stand out swimming attire and a goodie bag.

ALL Money raised goes to MSSA (Multiple Sclerosis South Africa).
