As part of our continuous drive to raise funds and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis, we are officially taking part in the Sanlam Cape Mile.
The Cape Mile is a one mile (1.6km) open water swimming race that takes place at the Grabouw Country Club’s Eikenhof Dam, giving swimmers the chance to participate in a safe, mass swim. The dark, pristine waters of the Eikenhof Dam provide the perfect setting for an event which appeals to the curious and competent.
