On Saturday, 27 March 2021 at 06:00, I will take up the challenge of completing the Three Peaks in Cape Town. I will start off at Signal Hill cross to Devil's Peak, then proceed to Platteklip Gorge (Maclear's Beacon) and move on to Lions Head. I plan to finish at the Signal Hill beacon - all in under 5 hours.

The CANSA Tygerberg Care Home provides a "home away from home" for cancer patients receiving treatment at Tygerberg Hospital and is very close to my heart.

If you have lost a loved one to cancer, please join me on 27 March, as we remember those who have lost the battle against cancer. There will be a minute of silence before & after the run.
