Roark Gyms will be embarking on their 24h Rowathon on Saturday 19th of November 2016 beginning at 08:00am in order to raise funds for The Sunflower Fund and the fight against Cancer.

Cancer has affected all of us in some way. It doesn't discriminate. This is your opportunity to actually participate in a cause that shows support for those suffering with the disease.

We asking those in our Roark Gyms Family to give back in some small and donate to this excellent cause.
