I'm honored to be running the 128th Boston Marathon to raise money for Boston Bulldogs Running Club. The Boston Bulldogs Running Club is a co-ed 501(c)3 non-profit club established to provide an anonymous and safe community of support for all those adversely affected by addiction - those in recovery, their families and friends, the clinical community and the community at large.
I was introduced to the Boston Bulldogs by my aunt and favorite running partner, Sandy Barry. It is truly empowering to see not only what the Boston Bulldogs do for those in recovery but also for their family members as well. The Boston Bulldogs provide a safe space and their commitment to wellness and recovery will continue to motivate me to be a better and stronger individual.
Whether you are in recovery or not, every one is adversely affected by addiction in one way or another. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to give back to this community with the Boston Bulldogs. I greatly appreciate any and all donations as well as your support to this great cause.
