Hi everyone! This April, I will be running in the 127th Boston Marathon to raise money for Samaritans, Inc. Samaritans does amazing and meaningful work for a cause that's very close to my heart. In 2021, Samaritans answered 78,456 calls or texts from nearly 80,000 individuals struggling with loneliness, depression or suicidal thoughts. I lost my oldest and closest friend to suicide in 2017. Her family introduced this incredible organization to our crew soon after, shout out to team HP3! Suicide is something we can prevent and this April I will be running not only for my friend, but for all the people we have lost, their families, and everyone out there who may be having a difficult time.
