My dream has come true as I was accepted to run the Boston marathon for Beth Israel Lahey Health.  My grandmother had a stroke while I was in college.  Seeing all the great therapy and medical care she received inspired me to become a physical therapist so I can care for others in the same manner. Since I started working at Lahey I have developed a strong interest in the neuro population. I’ve gone on to get my neuro speciality certification and spend a lot of my time orienting fellow therapists to the neuro ICU.
