My Story
I can’t cure cancer, so I’m running the Boston Marathon to support those that can! On April 17, I’ll run the Boston Marathon in support of Expect Miracles Foundation’s mission to provide hope for the cancer community through its cancer research and financial assistance programs.
I run in support of my sister Mary’s best friend, Rhonda G., so she feels the strength of hope.
I run in support of my cousin Lisa's good great, Donna W., so she feels the promise of hope.
I run in honor of my dear friend, Andy S., to thank him for using his time in the trenches to help others.
I run in honor of Frank S., who 10 years ago took a chance on me. I run in honor of Sam W., who 20 years ago began a ripple effect of hope for others. I'm proud to carry on their work.
I run in celebration of EMF supporters Amy F. and John C., who are proof that investing in cancer research saves lives.
And I run in celebration of my best friend, my wife, Whitney, who is ten years cancer-free thanks to the incredible people at Dana-Farber!
Life-saving cancer research - an investment in hope. Life-changing support - an investment in people. Together we can Expect Miracles!
