On World Wildlife Day (3rd March 2023), Perse pupils in year 7 will walk a combined 259 km as part of Walk for Wildlife to raise money for Wildlife ACT Fund, who work to save Africa’s endangered wildlife. We are taking part in this event, organised by Lucy Chimes (OP) who will complete the last km of her 259kms on the same day. Lucy set herself this challenge to raise awareness the 259 rhinos that were poached in South Africa in the first 6 months of 2022.
