April 13th 2018 is the date my Dad lost his 10 month battle to Lung Cancer, it's also the date I decided to do something for others and also the date I decided to find a charity that does great things for those affected by Cancer. With this in mind a team of six (all in midlife crisis) have decided to push ourselves physically and embark on the Standard Bank Ironman 70.3 Triathlon in Durban on June 2nd 2019.
