My Story
I detested running in gym class. I would have paid anything to get out of it. Now, in an odd reversal, I'm fundraising for Spaulding Rehabilitation Network to run the 126th Boston Marathon in 2022.

I've been volunteering for research studies with Spaulding National Running Center since 2016. Their evidenced-based treatment is close to my heart. Above you'll find a video from one research study investigating running biomechanics. It shows my ground reaction force (measured by a specialized treadmill) synchronized with high-speed camera footage.

Here are some amazing stories of how Spaulding has changed people's lives: https://spauldingrehab.org/about/patient-stories

My goal is to raise $10,000, or $382 per mile. If you're able to contribute, you will have my sincere gratitude. Additionally, I will wave at you as I run by on April 18.
