Ever wake up thinking about underprivileged kids who want to participate in sports? But don't have the means or equipment to do so. Here's your chance to help provide those kids in high-need communities with opportunities and make their dreams on and off the field come true.

I've been selected to run the 127th Boston Marathon to raise money for Good Sports, Inc., whose mission is to create opportunities in sports and physical activity for kids through donations of brand new sports equipment, apparel, and footwear.

This cause is very close to my heart, growing up as the youngest of three kids with second hand equipment and begging my parents to allow me to participate on all boys' sports teams; often they were barely able to make the payment for the league registration and fees. The opportunity to play sports as a kid opened so many doors and allowed me to flourish in sports, schooling, and in my career.
