My Story
Hi friends, family members, and fellow runners;

As you may know, I qualified and was selected to run the 2020 Boston Marathon, but the in-person Marathon was cancelled due to the Covid pandemic. My qualifying time of just under 4 hours and 2 minutes wasn't fast enough to get me into the reduced field for the 2021 Marathon either.

In order to run the 2021 Boston Marathon in Boston with my son James, we applied to and were accepted by the Brookline Center to run the Boston Marathon on October 11, 2021 as charity runners. We will possibly be the first father/son duo running for the Brookline Center Team. We'll be raising donations for the Center in support of their mental health programs. James was on the Team for the 2020 Marathon, having raised over $6,000, but was also unable to run due to the cancellation. My goal is to raise $8,000.

If you would like to donate, please donate in my name or go the James's "GivenGain" page.

Thank you.
