Hi guys . I need your help. I'm taking part in 2023 Totalsports Two Oceans Half Marathon to raise money for Cape of Good Hope SPCA, my 18th edition of competing in this event.  It has been a struggle getting this far with my recent set backs and I doing so, I would like to support other organisations to continue to do great work.  SPCA Grassy Park have also help us in getting our second family dog Nala in 2022.  If you can, please donate to my fundraising project on GivenGain!
