TEARS is an animal rescue located in Cape Town, South Africa dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homeing domestic animals. This pro-life organization is a registered non-profit that offers veterinary services to the surrounding community. Services such as spays and neuters are offered free of charge to the neighboring townships who might not otherwise be able to afford it.
