GivenGain's statement on Human Rights
GivenGain was created to enable global philanthropy for everyone, regardless of national borders.

Guided by our founding principle, “One World. Zero Barriers", we have helped people in 194 countries to support charities in 80 countries since our organisation was founded in 2001.
Breaking down barriers of race, religion, gender and political affiliation is what we do, thereby advancing diversity, equality and inclusion to become our everyday realities. We believe our progress in this regard is central to the success of everything we do.
GivenGain is committed to creating an inclusive workplace, which opens up a world of human creativity and ingenuity to us and others, and helps us to better serve the diverse individuals, communities, charities and events with whom we work.
In addition to our own guiding principles, our commitment to human rights is based on the principles contained in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, including freedom, equality and non-discrimination, diversity, and inclusion.
The GivenGain management team constantly monitors our organization's human rights performance and are always looking for new ways to strengthen our approach.
One world. Zero barriers.
