As the world’s oldest annual marathon, the Boston Marathon brings everyday athletes, many of whom are connected to extraordinary causes, to the same road as professional, world-class athletes. Together, inspired by the strength and courage of the individuals they run with --and run for-- these athletes embody the power of the human spirit.
