When transferring donations to eligible charities, a nominal transfer fee per batch is levied by the bank. The transfer fee cannot be covered by the donor.
Your contribution is to the GivenGain Foundation Switzerland that processes donations and disburses funds to charities and organisations based on donor recommendations made through the GivenGain website. You'll find your donation on your bank statement under the name of "GivenGain".
