Contributions are made to the GivenGain Foundation USA. GivenGain Foundation USA will initiate a transfer of the grants to the Eligible Charities (as defined in Donor Terms) recommended by donors on a weekly basis, at least 30 days after the actual payment is processed, unless the designated Eligible Charity requests a different disbursement schedule.
