I have been watching the Boston Marathon and cheering for Team Hoyt since I was young. Dick and Rick have always been an inspiring duo. Growing up, my father was a recreation director and my mother an ASL interpreter and PE teacher, so being active, pushing yourself, and being part of a team was foundational in my life. My parents also taught inclusivity and made sure their programs and classrooms were supportive, adaptive, and inclusive. Their lessons and examples formed for me habits and passions both personally and professionally. I could not be more excited and proud to wear a Team Hoyt jersey.
