After hearing about the amazing work done by The Cows, I was delighted to join them last year. Whilst I was not brave enough to actually cycle the race, it was a privilege to work alongside so many of the fabulous people who are part of the cause and raise as much money as we could. This year however, I signed my name on a serviette and committed to actually riding the race with the herd.
