5 Minute Mile for JAG Runners
Follow our Journey on Off the Mark Training You Tube channel"Chasing The 5min Mile follows the journey of three 15yr old Off The Mark athletes and their running coach on their attempt to break the 5min mile. This is an achievement so rare that only the smallest fraction of the world's population could ever dream of achieving it. It is literally their equivalent of achieving the impossible! Ironically, even if they do achieve this incredible feat, it will in all likelihood not change a single person's life...but what you do could! JAG Runners was started by Olympic Silver Medalist Elana Meyer! Incorporating both a cross-country programme for the children in our high-risk communities, but also a coach-coaching-the-coaches model where up-skilling and uplifting local runners and youth to grow into a career within running. Donate to this incredible cause and you could be a part of the process that ultimately sees youngsters with little-to-no opportunity receive the guidance that they need to one day develop into future Olympic champions. No donation is too small or too insignificant. Give Mikaeel, Abigail, Kiara and coach Sean something more important to run for, and help them reach their target of raising R10 000 for this worthwhile cause!"

Children's Hospital Trust / Riding for Morgan
THE RED CROSS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL TRUST / RIDE FOR MORGAN The Red Cross Children's Hospital has always been a cause close to my heart. My brother was treated there for most of his childhood which meant I spent many an afternoon there waiting for him to see the doctors. They are an amazing and extremely passionate Family of Doctors and Specialists who dedicate their time to saving the lives of countless children who come from far and wide. This year my ride is a little more special as I will also be riding for Morgan, a special little friend of ours, who is currently receiving chemo at The Red Cross Children's Hospital. Please help me to raise as much as possible towards this very worthy cause. At the Trust, we believe that a day in hospital is a day less of childhood. When you run, ride, jump or swim for the Children’s Hospital Trust charity team you help us give sick children, treated at the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital, the best gift ever – the gift of childhood. 100% of all funds raised will go towards the implementation of a pilot project for Speech-Language Therapy and Audiology Services which aims to bring these services closer to communities who need it most.
