“I want to be safe”

No child, when asked what they want most in this world should have this as an answer. Unfortunately, it is one we hear too often.

The Justice Desk believes that all children have the right to be protected!
We challenge the desensitisation of child abuse and the limited knowledge of safeguarding mechanisms through child-focused lobbying, child protection training, educational material creation and The Justice Desk’s Youth Ambassadors Project!

The Justice Desk (TJD), is an award-winning Human Rights Organisation which operates across South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. We empower local people to understand and defend their Human Rights, in order to build safer communities for all!

TJD does incredible work in promoting Children's Rights across South Central Africa. We launched our Youth Ambassadors Project in 2013, with the aim of empowering young people to becoming ‘Everyday Activists’, using their voices to stand up for the rights of other children!

Our incredible Youth Ambassadors work as a voice for justice within their school and community at large, inspiring and guiding their peers in running Justice Campaigns and other exciting initiatives that stand up for the rights of children.

The project includes online webinars and trainings, in-house trainings, campaign building workshops, a Youth Ambassadors Conference, educational materials development and many more.

The slogan of the project is "Children Fighting for the Rights of Children"!

Please consider donating, and join The Justice Desk's fight against child abuse!
