Threats to rural livelihoods have intensified throughout the pandemic and with the burdens of #climatechange. Women and girls are often the most impacted by rural poverty, food insecurity, and lack of access to education and training.

On this International #RuralWomenDay, we recognize the 104 women's groups involved in Hoolf, Voslorus sustainable #Poultry Farm enterprises. With support from GBVFRESPONSEFUND1, their resiliency and growing entrepreneurial skills have led to innovation in times of drought and economic hardship.
