Doctors without Borders (MSF) Southern Africa relies on the support and generosity of individuals like you that are as passionate about helping others as we are. Through your challenge, you can help our team of 45,000 professionals provide essential healthcare to over 70 countries.
LOCKDOWN CHALLENGE IDEAS
- Marathon: run a 21km (half-marathon) or 42km (full-marathon) at a park or in your garden, where your friends and family can donate a certain amount for each kilometre you run.
- Group training sessions: invite your friends and family to participate in virtual group training sessions, where they can donate an entry fee to participate in your event.
- Yoga sessions: challenge yourself and others to do 108 sun-salutations, and get each of your supporters to donate a set amount when you have achieved your goal.
- Games nights: invite your friends and family to participate in games nights, using traditional board games or a mobile app like “House party”. The winning team decides the donation amount.
Be creative! You are only limited by your imagination, so have fun setting up your own challenge that embraces lockdown regulations.
