Miles for Smiles creates awareness and raises funds for Operation Smile* who facilitate corrective surgery on children born with cleft lip and palates. For these children, a relatively quick, simple operation results in a life-changing smile. We strive to ensure that every child with a cleft lip or palate has access to this level of surgical care.
