We need your help. We believe in partnerships, and with generous gifts from people like you, we can make their dream of living with a family a reality. As a school we intend to Produce nearly all of our own food through kitchen gardens, integrated perennial food systems, animal husbandry, aquaculture, and more providing culturally and ecologically appropriate food (with enough excess to share with the local community).

The school began in 2000, when Ms. Irene set off on a trip around the poorest compounds in Zambia and found herself at a church that had orphans in a remote compound called Kalingalinga. She was shocked by the conditions in which the children lived, but captivated by their strength, beauty and incredible, untapped potential. Since then the school has been running as a charity with the aim to educate orphaned children.

Donate to the our early education programs because learning can’t wait. We also want to Insure clean, available water through a fresh well, rainwater catchment, grey water, and water saving earthworks.
The impacts of this project are profound and may have impacts not just locally, but for orphanages and communities around the city. It is our hope and intention that the school can not only care for the needs of these children in dire need and empower the local people in Zambia. Help us make this project happen by contributing to our cause and donating.
