We provide 1500-3000 plates of food every day, Monday to Friday for children in Soweto Slum, Nairobi. We however require $40 a day to transport the food and to pay transport for community volunteers that help us to serve the food.
For $1200, we provide over 30,000 plates of food every month and 36,000 cups of porridge.
Our founders help raise that amount alongside our other programs such as:
- 3 safe houses
- Sanitary pads program to end the prevalence of the sex for pads shadow pandemic
- Life Skills Program
- Rescue center - Toll free hotline (0800-000-999)
- Mothers against Violence economic empowerment program
And much more.
We are looking for monthly donors to help us keep this program running.
