Early learning teachers need support and professional development opportunities that don't require them to take out a loan or attend classes far from home at night or over weekends.
We've developed a 12 module professional development programme for ECD (early childhood development) teachers to help them hone their skills, see quality education in action, and refine their theory and practice. It's available for free on their mobile phone or tablet.

DATA FREE TRAINING PAIRED WITH IN-CLASSROOM MENTORSHIP
Right now we have over 160 teachers, interns and owners who need access to the online training. These teachers are located in townships and developing neighbourhoods across Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Pietermaritzburg. They are also supported by an education mentor in-classroom to ensure the learning "sticks" and that they get the practice support they need to turn theory into practice.

We pay 20c per Mb (reverse billing) and therefore the total course costs approximately R580 per user.
