Captain Tom 100

It’s simple. All you need to do is dream up a Captain Tom 100 challenge based around the number 100 and do it any time and anywhere, this coming weekend from Friday 30 April to Monday 3 May.

The challenge could be walking 100 steps, running 100 metres, scoring 100 goals, baking 100 cakes, climbing 100 stairs, hopping 100 times, doing 100 push ups, running for 100 minutes, sending 100 messages – you get the idea, anything at all, indoors or outdoors.

Once you have chosen your challenge, you can fundraise or donate to BLCF, share your 100 on social media, using #CaptainTom100 #BLCF
