Ability Sports Africa works with over 230 children with disabilities and their families in Gulu
District Northern Uganda.

On the 6th June 2021 the government of Uganda imposed a second lock down for 42 Days.

This has left many families who have children with disabilities desperately in need of food.
The first lock down in March 2020 has heavily impacted the lives of these children, many of them became malnourished.

Most of our beneficiaries come from poor economic backgrounds.
This is Odoch in the video, a 6 year old boy who has Cerebral Palsy. he has four siblings and lives in Gulu West ( Alokolum Village). The pandemic left his parents jobless, and currently the family depends on support.

Like Odoch's family, we have identified 40 families who have children with disabilities who are in existential need.

We  need your help to get them through these trying times.

- A donation of $25 supports a family with 10Kg of Beans, 2 Kg of Sugar and 25kg of Maize Flour.
- A donation of $15 supports a family with 2 liters of cooking oil, 2 KG Salt, 5 bars of soap and 6 reusable face masks.

We are grateful for donations of any size.
THANK YOU!
