Cape Town Cycle Tour 2017 - Ride for Hope!

Beautiful Gate South Africa is a South African non-profit organisation based in the township of Lower Crossroads, Philippi, Cape Town. We are working hard to make sure that more than 1000 learners can have a bright future - filled with hope. Studies show that less than 43% of learners take Mathematics and less than 32% take Science to Grade 12, while all of the top 100 scarce skills and high demand occupations in South Africa require Mathematics and Science Proficiency. Through a focus on improving each child's academic abilities in Maths, English and Science, as well as Business subjects at the high school level, our hope is that we will raise a generation of children who will find or create employment in South Africa! # Ride For Hope -video clip

How can you create hope?

It costs us as little as R250 per month to provide each child with a nutritious meal, academic support and extra-mural activities.

1. Join our Charity Group for R1600 (R800 covers the entry fee we have already paid on your behalf, and R800 is a donation to Beautiful Gate). Email events@beautifulgate.org to join the team. We have 30 entries available.

2. Already have an entry to the Cape Town Cycle Tour but would like to fundraise for us? We’d love you to be part of our Beautiful Gate Riders team. Click on start fundraising on the upper right hand of this page or send us an email events@beautifulgate.org.

3. Support our learners taking part in the Junior Cycle Tour (or get your kids to ride and raise funds) - more details closer to the time!

4. Donate to support friends/colleagues/family who are riding.
