Sinakekele Children, is an organisation on a mission:

RAISING THE FUTURE!

 We are a registered organisation concerned with the abandoned babies and vulnerable children of South Africa. We operate from a 21 acre property in the impoverished community of Oakford, Verulam, Kwa Zulu Natal.

What we do:
• We run a Transition Facility for abandoned babies - caring for up to 12 babies at any given time
• We run a pre school for the children in the community
• Community outreach:
   • We run Church Services and bible studies for the community members
   • Do Hospital Visits to the maternity and peadiatric wards at the local rural hospital
   • We run a Recreation Centre and library for the community children - offering a variety of activities          and sport
   • We run a "Time with your little one" Proramme for the mom's with toddlers - teaching the Mom's           the importance of interactive play.
   • Partnering with another organisation, we host a course for the men in the community - teaching           the men the importance of a father in the life of a child.
   • Partnering with another organisation, we bring animal welfare education to the children in the               community.
