NACOSA is a network of over 1,600 community organisations working together to turn the tide on HIV, AIDS and TB in Southern Africa. NACOSA strengthens community systems by building the capacity of organisations and people, promoting dialogue between sectors and channeling funding to deliver quality health and social services to key and vulnerable groups of people.
We focus on those most affected by HIV, AIDS and TB: vulnerable children, young women and girls, sex workers, people who inject drugs, people experiencing gender based violence and other key and vulnerable groups.
By bringing communities together, strengthening systems and responsibly channeling resources to community organisations, NACOSA ensures that people most affected by HIV and AIDS receive the care and support they need to avoid becoming HIV positive or passing HIV on to others if they are living with HIV. In this way, NACOSA is contributing to the global target to end AIDS by 2030.
Join us in building strong, healthy communities in Southern Africa.
