Our mission is to unlock opportunities by engaging in and developing the lives of individuals in our local and global community.

Over the years we have equipped previously unemployed individuals with job readiness & entrepreneurial skills through our work 4 a living centre which provides the skills needed to independently find a job and keep it over time. More than 60% of our students have found themselves employment after completing a course.

We also run a barista training academy for unemployed youth who have completed a work 4 a living course. To date we have trained more than 130 previously unemployed individuals and 90% of our students have since found employment. 

In 2018 we launched a Red Band Academy in Uganda and we will be launching two more in 2019 (one in Durban and another in George). 

We look forward to expanding our projects and serving our community with compassion and excellence.
