The Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT) has been conserving threatened species and ecosystems in southern Africa, for the benefit of all the people of the sub-region for the past 48 years.

We are a registered NGO and PBO that fulfils the key niche of conservation action through on the ground fieldwork, research and specialist in their field. Each Programme links to key environmental issues such as water conservation, habitat loss, threatened species and ecosystems, training and conservation career development, policy analysis and legislation development, human-wildlife conflict prevention and mitigation of a range of threats to environmental health and sustainability.
