The mission of the Association shall be to implant firmly in the boys and girls of the communities the ideals of good sportsmanship, respect, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence so that they may be finer, stronger and happier boys and girls and will grow to be good, clean, healthy men and women.

This mission will be achieved by providing supervised instructions, adequate ice facilities and competitive athletic events and games. All Members of the Association shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional individual skill or the winning of games is secondary. Team play and development of future men and women is of primary importance.
