Nestled in the winelands of Southern Africa, in the heart of a farming community, lies a special place where children come first. Eager to get to school, more than 300 children from across the valley make their way early each morning to a beautiful learning community.
The learning programmes at Lynedoch strive to unlock the best of human potential, and instill a lifelong love of learning in all children. We are striving to change a generation – starting with our youngest through the early learning centre, primary school and youth programme.
But the journey to and from their place of learning is a major hurdle to the potential rich futures that await them. To overcome the hurdle of insufficient transport, our dream is to acquire a bus to transport our children.
