Team Momentum's application for those interested in joining the MDA as part of our entry with the John Hancock Non-Profit Program at the Boston Marathon® is open until May 3, 2021 . The 2020 edition of #MDAteam at the Boston Marathon raised over $120,000 and participants with entry through the MDA and the John Hancock program raised an average of $13,000 per person. All applications will be thoroughly reviewed and applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis and all notified of their status by May 5, 2021. There is a non-refundable $50 application fee.

Participants with an accepted and confirmed entry into the 2021 Boston Marathon are welcome to join at any time. Participants with their own entry will receive the same VIP amenities as those applying for an entry.

VIP amenities include but are not limited to: an in person or virtual training program from a certified running coach, invitation to a pre race inspirational team party, TBD race day hospitality and space for your supporters to watch you on race day.

$10,000 for those participants who do not have an entry into the 2021 Boston Marathon $1,000 for those participants who have a confirmed entry into the 2021 Boston Marathon

All who are selected to join Team Momentum for the 2021 Boston Marathon will be required to reach the following fundraising minimum due dates:

8/1/21- $5,000 & 9/27/21- $10,000
