Holistic teaching

Qualified teachers teaching age-appropriate
curriculum, including a wide range of
learning activities, regular outings and lots of play

A safe environment
A physically and emotionally safe space in the
context of a small school community

Healthy meals
Every child receives a fortified breakfast, a
nutritious lunch and fresh fruit and milk daily

A helping hand
We assist children and families to identify and overcome the specific challenges they face

Our students live in a community where physical and sexual violence, substance abuse, domestic conflict, poverty and inequality threaten the lives and futures of children. But we believe that they can overcome these challenges, and in doing so become the heroes their community needs.

Our greatest need is for sponsors - people willing to commit to a monthly donation - big or small - so that we can keep investing in these young heroes.
