SAVE Educare

SAVE Foundation works towards a better education for impoverished children living within the settlements and townships surrounding Tableview, Cape Town.

In order to do that, our amazing volunteers require resources to teach our children so they may receive the same level of education as their middle class peers.

We are currently working on a new curriculum for all of our participating preschools to not only help the volunteers do a better job - but to empower the uneducated "teachers" through training on how to be the best, offer the best and create a career for themselves within the Education sector.

In order to do this, we need educational resources, toys, stationery and so much more!

We make use of a lot of recycled materials in our activities with the children but there are still items we cannot do without (such as glue sticks, scissors, puzzles, felt boards, toys, etc.) which are required on an on-going basis

Help us raise the funds to purchase enough resources for a year of teaching across 5 different preschools and a primary school where we assist with Mathematics development.

We are also looking for ACTIVISTS to drive this and other fundraising objectives on this platform. If you would be interested, please sign up as an activist and support this project - should you require assistance, please contact Gail Strauss - SAVE Manager
