At Let Us Work our projects are called "Thuthuka's" This is a Zulu word meaning "Development". Our vision is to train 12 Thuthuka sites in one year. A Thuthuka site comprises anywhere between 15 and 30 exciting entrepreneurs in one training venue and community. Let Us Work cycles through our "free to user" courses that we offer, mentoring the entrepreneurs along in the journey. These entrepreneurs will learn vital skills such as identifying a product, marketing, planning the business effectively and making the figures add up.

To date our project work has taken us into many of the very rural areas of our Province where we have trained over 1000 entrepreneurs in the process. Our project costs include staff salaries, staff travel and accommodation, project materials and equipment and stationary, food and refreshments and administration expenses.
