Each year hundreds of little girls report rape to the police. We assist them by giving the police comfort packs to give to these little girls. These packs contain comfort goods (teddy, coloring in book and crayons), food (energy bar, biscuits, cold drink, soup) and emergency goods (panties, sanitary towels, toothbrush and paste, facecloth and soap and tissues). Reporting rape can take up to 12 hours with visits to the hospital and the police. These packs help these children through those critical hours and look after their most immediate needs. It also assists the police to build a trust relationship with the child, resulting in quicker disclosure and faster assistance.

We supply packs for the following ages:

4 - 8 and 9 - 12 years and we need more than 500 each month to supply to all the police units we work in the country.

These packs cost up to R 200 per pack.

You can assist by making a donation towards one pack and help us put a smile on the face of one little girl!
