We are a community, voluntary body working to prevent suicide by informing, educating & supporting positive mental attitude. We provide free counselling and bereavement counselling, alternative therapies for children and adolescents and provide informational talks across the north west of Ireland. Counties which we provide these services are Leitrim, Sligo, Donegal, Mayo, Cavan, Longford, and Roscommon. By getting involved in this event and helping raise much needed funds for North West STOP we will be able to continue to provide these much needed services. At the VHI Women's Mini Marathon on 2022, €2,925.00 was raised which would cover the cost of approximately 73 counselling sessions and this money would have helped approx. 10 individuals have free access to our services. This year we hope to increase this amount with your help.
