CYCLE THE CAPE ARGUS PICK N PAY CYCLE TOUR 2013 FOR US!
Dear friends of the Boland School for Autism
Thank you for your interest to cycle the Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle tour for Boland School for Autism on 10 March 2013. We had over 100 riders during March 2012 and it was a roaring success (See photo attached)
To raise money for the school, we ask that you ask your friends, colleagues, businesses, family etc. to sponsor you for the 110 kilometres that you will be cycling. Sponsor forms will be sent to you once we have your information. They can also donate to us via WWW.GIVENGAIN.COM. This is a safe and secure way to make online payments directly into the school’s account.
Your R750 entry fee will get you the following:
- Guaranteed entry
- A start time earlier than the Pedal Power Association and Open groups (the last start of the day is around 10am). Bond members who qualify for an earlier start will still be seeded accordingly, with the option to drop down to ride with their teammates.
- Late closing date for entries (You can enter until the end of December 2012)
- Special ‘goody bag’
- Special area at registration for collection of race packs
- You will also get a sponsored Cycling shirt with the school's name and logo on!
To enter, please e-mail your ID number, Full name and surname, and reference number (if you have previously cycled the Cycle Tour) to email@example.com. We will then enter you on behalf of our school.
Your R750 can be paid into the following account:
Boland Autism School
Nedbank Cheque account
Acc number: 1029037760
Branch: Wellington: 102905
Use your name as reference and send your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have already entered, you can still ride for us. Just send us your details (ID and email address) and pay the excess amount into Boland School for Autism's account (i.e. if you paid R350 to enter the Argus already, you can deposit R400 into our account to make up the final R750).
