Azalea is a local Christian charity that has been successfully working in Luton for 11 years, with women caught in commercial sexual exploitation, violence and poverty. Our aims are to care for and support women involved in sexual exploitation; to communicate God's unconditional love for them; and to support them to exit exploitation and build new lives. To achieve this we run three projects: Outreach and Drop-in; Intervention and Exit; and Recovery. between them our projects provide physical help e.g. a warm safe place to come and rest, food, clothes, showering and laundry facilities; practical support with housing, health and accessing other services and emotional and spiritual support to help the women believe that change is possible.
