No one imagines their baby will spend time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Today, 1 in 7 babies will begin their life journey in the NICU, leaving parents longing for support and at an exponentially higher risk for postpartum depression, anxiety, and PTSD. A child with a depressed parent is four times more likely to develop depression themself before adulthood.

Having a baby in the NICU is life-changing, but NICU families don't have to do it alone.
